So these chimney pot spikes are SO easy to fit. The metal ones clip onto themselves so fit any sized chimney, and the clear ones I’ve siliconed on as we don’t have a fire 👌🏼10 minutes and I’m done, can’t fault that, even with a jackdaw audience!

2026 I’m going to be more consistent posting on social media, it’s been AAAGGGEESSSS. I put my big girl pants on at the end of September and treated The Pink Pest Controller to a new shiny van (it was also an early 40th birthday present from me to me) which has made carrying kit around SO MUCH easier. Can highly recommend Toyota in Cheltenham, they were great to deal with.

It’s my one year pestiversary today!! A whole year since I did my first ever job (moles, in case you wondered) and doing a bedbug job today. Happy that I’ve survived my first year, and all the support, advice, jobs and help I’ve had from fellow pesties has been great, thanks all ❤️

Sometimes you have to think outside the box a bit.. a campsite have a wasp problem around bin and food areas, so alongside treating any nests as I find them, we’re also using non-toxic traps to further reduce numbers in high traffic areas.

The weather has warmed up, and people are going out into their gardens and sheds more. If you see a wasps nest with wasp activity, it’s only going to get worse! Nests won’t be reused, but you’ll have a full summer and autumn before they leave/die off.
Sort it out and enjoy the summer!
