⨠CCâs Cleaning Services â Terms of Business â¨
1. Services Provided
Domestic cleaning, deep cleans, endâofâtenancy cleans and agreed extras. Specialist tasks must be agreed in advance.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices agreed beforehand. Payment due on the day. Bank transfer or cash accepted. Late payments may incur a fee.
3. Cancellations
24 hoursâ notice required.
Less than 24 hours = 50% charge.
Noâshows = full charge.
4. Access
Clients must ensure safe access. Keys stored securely and never labelled. Missed access may be charged.
5. Products & Equipment
I provide all ecoâfriendly, nonâtoxic products and equipment.
If you prefer specific products, please supply them.
6. Health & Safety
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may result in refusal. No heavy lifting or climbing. Pets must be secured if needed.
7. Breakages & Liability
Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. Insured for accidental damage (excluding fragile or preâdamaged items).
8. Quality & Complaints
Report any issues within 24 hours and Iâll return to put it right where reasonable.
9. Changes to Services
Changes may affect pricing. Please notify me before the appointment.
10. Privacy
All client information and access details are kept confidential.
11. Ending Services
One weekâs notice required. Immediate termination may occur for unsafe conditions, nonâpayment, or inappropriate behaviour.
12. Acceptance
Booking a service confirms acceptance of these terms.
