Tired of w**ds coming back, loose joints, and the constant upkeep?

Exterior360° Ltd is an approved Resiblock installer, offering cleaning, re-sanding, sealing and longer-term protection for driveways, patios and hard standings.

I’ve used plenty of sealers over the years, and many of them say they stabilise the joints, then start letting go a couple of years later. That is why I still rate Resiblock so highly.

Used on the right surface, it helps lock in and stabilise the jointing sand, reduce w**d growth from the joints, and help cut down ant burrowing and movement in the sand.

That means less w**ds, less loose sand, less brushing it back in, less hassle, and less backache.

One roof has been protected. One hasn’t.
This Copper Ridge system was fitted in Stow Maries in 2013 — and it is still performing today.

The roof shown here was soft washed, the north-facing slope was cleared of moss, repairs were carried out where needed, and the Copper Ridge system was then fitted.

So what does Copper Ridge do?
As rainwater passes over the copper, trace copper content is carried down the roof slope, helping create conditions that are far less welcoming for moss, algae and organic regrowth.

A biocide treatment will need repeating. Copper Ridge is a longer-term fitted prevention system that keeps working as rainfall continues to pass over it.

🌾 A lovely historic barn we were pleased to work on in Witham, Essex.

This Welsh slate barn, built in the mid-1600s, just needed a careful freshen up to help keep it in good condition for many more years to come.

We carried out some small repairs, replacing around 12 slates, followed by a temperature-controlled steam clean to safely remove moss and organic build-up without damaging the historic slate. Access was safely carried out using a spider lift.

This is also part of our Good Neighbours Programme — now the fifth property we’ve worked on in Witham, with four in the same row and this one just around the corner.

Most homes usually fall somewhere between £650 and £1,800, depending on roof size and condition.
Below is a simple guide based on typical properties.

Three-storey homes and complex roofs are normally priced during the professional survey.
Our base roof restoration rate normally starts from £12.50 per m² + VAT.
How Prices Can Vary
These guide prices depend on several factors including:
• roof size
• moss or dirt build-up
• access around the property
• distance from our base
• overall complexity of the job
The larger the roof, the closer the property, and the lighter the moss build-up, the lower the price normally becomes.
Heavily mossed roofs or properties further away can increase the price slightly because of the additional time and equipment involved.
All Exterior360° roof restorations normally use professional spider lift access, allowing us to work safely up close without walking on the roof.

A 1970s three-bedroom semi-detached house with a concrete tiled roof measuring around 80m², in moderate to dirty condition, located locally would typically cost around:
