The last few weeks have been full on for the Pro‑Spec team — end of tenancy cleans, builders cleans, deep cleans, and keeping all our regular clients looked after… all while working through this boiling hot weather.It’s been hard graft, long days, and a lot of sweat (literally), but the team has shown up, pushed through, and kept standards exactly where they should be.Proud of the work we do. Proud of the team 🩵

Last week brought one of the tougher cleans. The owner had sadly died, and the flat was in a severe state when we arrived. Fly activity, contamination, and a full deep clean needed from top to bottom.
These are the jobs people don’t see, but they’re exactly why specialist cleaners exist.
Massive respect to my team for their strength and hard work.

What a week it’s been for Pro‑Spec Cleaning Group. We’ve been non‑stop from Monday to Friday, covering a huge mix of jobs across Medway, Kent and surrounding areas.Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve tackled:
• 2 Deep Cleans — full top‑to‑bottom resets including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, skirting, internal windows, limescale removal and full sanitisation.
• Communal Areas — multiple blocks completed: hoovering all floors, mopping, bannisters, glass, lifts, entryways, cobweb removal and bin store checks.
• 2 End of Tenancy Cleans — full property resets including ovens, inside cupboards, descaling, carpets, paintwork wipe‑downs and final landlord‑ready finish.
• 3 Light Cleans — freshen‑ups for returning clients: bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, hoovering, beds made and general tidy‑throughs.
• Regular Weekly Clients — all maintained to our usual high standard, no one missed, no corners cut.
• Rubbish & Recycling Removal — cleared and sorted for multiple properties.
• Spot‑treating marks & stains — walls, carpets and high‑touch areas.It’s been a hard‑graft, long‑hours, full‑steam‑ahead kind of week, but the team has delivered every single job to Pro‑Spec standard. Proud doesn’t even cover it.
