Customer on this one was doing part of the work themselves, just needed us for the plumbing and PVC boards 😊 even though it wasn’t a full bathroom, we were still happy to be part of their renovations ❤️

There’s definitely worse days to be stuck outside. What a beauty of a day!

Had a full system powerflush to do on this air-source heat pump and underfloor heating. Spent nearly the whole day in the sun ☀️ although my ginger apprentice is now asking if sunblock can be added to the PPE box 😂

We’ve seen some posts recently about people saying showers/baths, that have only just been installed are leaking.

The simple answer, cheapest quote isn’t always best.

When installing showers/baths, it is a requirement to waterproof/tank wet zones.

No, you cannot just stick PVC over tiles. No, PVC is not 100% waterproof. If not installed correctly it’ll just leak, as a recent customer has now learned from a bad installation.

This picture is how we prep ALL of our baths/showers. Fully sealed, tanked and water tight!!

That’s another 24hour turnaround 👌🏻

Customer called 12pm yesterday with an unrepairable fault, not heating or hot water!

And today by 12pm they were up and running with a Baxi 830 and 10 year warranty, installed, tested and certified 🙏
