Salary – Starting rate: £10.00 per hour
Location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Including a 30-minute lunch break each day. You will be given a 15 minute break in the morning and another 15 mins in the afternoon 8 hours per day = 25.5 hours a week

You are expected to:
Have excellent communication skills in both telephone and face to face
• Have a great ability to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Be numerate and IT literate
• Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Be highly organised, methodical, consistent, an eye for detail, a great finisher and efficient.
• Good presentation is essential
• Managing conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and finish all daily tasks

Role and Responsibilities:
• Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
• Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
• Answer general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Help manage the diary
• Filing and archiving accurate records
• Arrange travel routes and forward planning schedules of 5 cleaning teams, extract vehicle tracking reports, recording staff time sheets
• Manage all bookings

Your duties will also include but are not limited to:
• Checking, recording and filing daily takings from teams, deliveries and pick-ups and Laundry Room
• Check all laundry bills and sheets for any errors and make sure laundry customers have paid before leaving for a delivery. Organise deliveries and route the maps.
• Liaising with staff and customers
• Promoting the company, the services it offers at every opportunity
• Providing administrative support to the General Manager
• Assisting and covering payroll and payments

• Assisting with Health and Safety and HR function
• Negotiate new customer accounts and contracts
• Arrange travel routes and forward planning schedules of 5 cleaning teams, extract vehicle tracking reports, recording staff time sheets
• Manage any customers complaint procedure
• Organise and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures
• Advertising new positions, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
Your duties will also include assisting with:
Checking, recording and filing daily takings from teams, deliveries and pick-ups and Laundry Room
In Xero: Reconcile all payments received ie. bank transfers, cheques and cash
Invoice commercial cleaning, domestic cleaning and laundry customers
In Excel: Record all PDQ card, Cash and Cheque payments received
Check all laundry bills and sheets for any errors and make sure laundry customers have paid before leaving for a delivery
Calculating time sheets and recording hours worked ready for payroll
End of day cashing up
Liaising with staff and customers
Chase and manage debtors
Updating finance files
Promoting the company and the services it offers at every opportunity. Upselling. Providing administrative support to the General Manager Assisting and covering payroll and payments

• 9:00am-3:00pm variable finish times. Finish times are variable and maybe as early as 1:00pm or as late as 6:00pm.
• Full time total minimum of 35 hours per week. Or part time 20 hours per week.
• We can increase your hours by offering you over time.
• Pay rate is age sensitive and depending on experience but meets the National Minimum wage.
• You will be cleaning houses and offices in a team with a supervisor and other staff who will train you up to Ladybirds cleaning standards. You will also work in our laundry room, washing, folding and ironing clothes and serving customers.
• Applicants with a full UK drivers licence is essential for this position, but non drivers will be considered.
• Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to progress to a supervisor position if you are reliable, good eye for detail, team leader abilities and a good problem solver.
• We may also offer evenings and weekend work which is optional.
• We provide transport from our shop in Taffs Well. You will start and finish your working day here.
