If you think that hiring a professional service provider is expensive… try hiring an amateur.

This is me and my cleaning friend in the last minutes of an End of Tenancy clean. We are an awesome twosome who will make your flat sparkle.

Anyhow last year I was contacted by a frantic homeowner who needed me to finish an EOT clean … because she’d had a row with her cleaner.

Rather than booking a professional cleaning service she booked an uninsured cleaner who’d ruined her wooden floor with oven cleaner product. Well if you hire cheap - then you’ll pay twice.

It was a mess when I arrived. The details had been missed - simple things like dusting skirting boards. If only she’d been smart and hired a professional cleaner in the first place.

I did the work and got the house to a reasonable standard. If there had been more time then I’d have reached for excellence but time is money.

End of Tenancies and Deep Cleans are hard work and thus should always be charged higher than regular cleaning.

I have insurance, experience, product knowledge and all the equipment to get your EOT done professionally.

Weighs less than 1kg! I cycle to most of my customers which is why I travel light. Bag bought on eBay - folds flat for storage.

Here’s the list:

Clogs, latex gloves, dust mask & spare filters, safety specs, Cif, wash up liquid, limescale remover, talc (for getting gloves on), Brillo pads, lint brush, folding mini duster, dentist scrapers (for limescale), toothbrush, mini tools, hand san & cream, headache pills, tissues, coffee powder, keys on an AirTag.

I buy most of my supplies on eBay, at B&M and Screwfix. Customers provide the products and equipment.
