Just a quick post as a reminder:
We completely understand that things just pop up and is sometimes not in your control as well as emergencies
But please note that in future,
If you need to cancel with short notice (at least 48hrs before your clean is due) then you will be charged for that clean, we offer regular slots to ensure everyone has the times and dates that suits them the best we can, but as you can appreciate we are only a team of 2 so we can only fit in so much each week between us both, last minute cancellations genuinely effects our wages if we are not able to then fill that slot before the day of your clean, thank you ♥️
