Another job done today up in the Mile Lane area of Bury 👍

This one was a general gutter clean all the way round the property — front, back and sides.

The downpipes were also cleared out and a leaking joint repaired so everything is now flowing properly again.

Keeping gutters clear is one of the easiest ways to prevent damp and water damage around the house.

Another flat roof repaired today 👍

This one was leaking pretty badly and had a few holes in the surface letting water through.

We’ve sealed the affected areas with a fibre-reinforced roof coating, which forms a tough waterproof layer over the damage and stops the leak.

Full replacement is always the ideal route long term — but let’s be honest, not everyone can afford a new roof straight away.

A repair like this is a solid, cost-effective option and can last for years when done properly, saving a lot compared to a full re-roof.
