This is the second time I have booked James to clean my carpets, he cleaned them 12 months ago, it was great because a reminder popped up on my messages. Excellent service from JW Carpet Care. They arrived on time and completed the job within 2 hours, cleaning the carpet tiles and entrance carpets in our two office units. The results were excellent, with the carpets looking fresh and spotless. Friendly, professional service throughout, and I would happily recommend them to others.

Extremely professional... When I enquired about cleaning, I was contacted immediately, a full timeline for the day was given both by SMS and email.. 24hrs before.. I was contacted confirming the attendance..James was really friendly and polite he explained what he was going to do and the process chemicals he would be using..he was mindful of my property at all times. 2hrs non stop cleaning and the results were better than I expected.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and I will certainly be using his skills again to maintain my carpets.
