At Fluff & Dash, we’ve walked into homes where families are grieving someone they love, recovering from illness, navigating mental health challenges, caring for elderly parents, balancing demanding jobs with family life, or simply doing their best to get through one day at a time.
Sometimes, our team is the only friendly face someone sees that day.
We’ve shared laughter, listened without judgement, celebrated small victories, and heard stories that stay with us long after we’ve closed the front door.
The thing that breaks our hearts isn’t an untidy home.
It’s when someone apologises for the mess, knowing the reason behind it has nothing to do with laziness and everything to do with life.
