🚨 Call out: Customer reported a roof leak.

On arrival, we found the gutter completely blocked, holding a large amount of standing water with nowhere to drain.

Once the blockage was removed, the trapped water was able to flow freely again, helping to prevent further overflowing and allowing us to continue investigating the cause of the leak.

Called out to investigate ongoing water ingress issues. A closer inspection revealed failed mortar bedding, deteriorated flashing details, open gaps beneath coping stones, and multiple entry points allowing rainwater to pe*****te the structure.

The damaged sections were carefully opened up, defective materials removed, and the affected areas rebuilt and sealed to create a watertight finish.
