Beth’s Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of each cleaning service, once the customer is satisfied and prior to my departure from the property. This policy ensures that payments are settled promptly and avoids the need for follow-up.
2. Cancellations
A minimum of one week’s notice is required for any cancellations. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will be subject to the full cost of the scheduled cleaning, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
3. Access to Property
If I am scheduled to attend your property and am unable to gain access (for example, if you are not home and no key or entry instructions have been provided), the full cost of the cleaning service will still be charged.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that access arrangements are in place.
4. Types of Cleaning Services
Please note that general cleaning, deep cleaning, and end of tenancy cleaning are distinct services. Each requires different levels of work, time, and pricing.
