This week’s beast 💪

One serious machine — and one of only a few in the country. After a few days spreading chicken muck 💩, it was time to get it cleaned up and ready to head back to Claas UK.

First job: digging out layers of dried mud and… everything else. Letting it dry definitely made life a bit easier — but it was still a graft.

Then came the jet wash 🚿
And what a job that turned into…

Mud just kept appearing from every crevice imaginable. Even after a full wash, I had to go back in again — it just didn’t want to stop coming out.

Once the worst was over, we got stuck into the finer details:
Cab cleaned, bonnet polished, and every area brought back up to standard.

Machines like this aren’t a quick clean — they’re a proper test. But the results speak for themselves.

Good morning everyone,

Hope you’re all doing well.

Apologies for being a bit quiet on here lately — things have been busy behind the scenes, but I’m looking forward to getting back into posting regularly again.

Here are a couple of machines I’ve had the pleasure of working on over the past few weeks — always a privilege to get hands-on with some quality kit.

Taking a well-needed break this Easter weekend 🐣✨

Grateful for some time off to relax, recharge, and spend quality moments with family. It’s the little things that matter most 💛

I’ll be away over the weekend, and all enquiries will be responded to on my return to work on Tuesday. I’m also currently experiencing a couple of issues with my email, but I’m hoping these will be resolved shortly.

Wishing everyone a lovely Easter filled with happiness, good food, and great company! 🐰🌸

Another JCB machine prepped and ready for sale 👌

For a one-year-old bit of kit, you can definitely tell the farm it’s come from has had its money’s worth out of it 💪

Hay and straw were packed in that tight in places it had to be dug out by hand before we could even get started.

And what a game changer those ramps are—makes life a lot easier and saves the knees when getting right into the wheels and awkward spots 🙌

Came up spot on in the end.

Not been posting much lately—weather hasn’t exactly been on my side for getting decent shots. But here’s one from earlier this year.

🌧️☔️ Rain stopped play on car work today…

But every cloud has a silver lining!

Luckily, one of my customers rang yesterday to see if I could help get this forager ready for export to Cyprus 🇨🇾, as it needs to pass an inspection beforehand. With the weather being wet (and me getting wet anyway washing it), today was the ideal day to make a start.

The customer had already done a great job washing it down himself, but to meet inspection standards it needed that extra bit of TLC and attention to detail.

We removed wheels and panels to make everything more accessible — and that’s when you really see it. Grass and soil hidden between panels and tucked away in little cubbyholes… clean one out and you find another with twice as much again!

✅ Day one completed
Another day to go just before inspection and 🤞 she’ll pass and be ready to ship off to her new home.

If you’re looking to have your agricultural or plant machinery professionally cleaned, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Good evening 👋

Yesterday was my first full day back at work since before Christmas 🙌
The weather hasn’t been on our side lately, and I was still shaking off a lingering cold/flu, but it felt great to finally get back at it.

I managed to catch up with a few regular valets yesterday. No photos unfortunately — the slightly warmer weather distracted me and I completely forgot 📸😅

Today may have been wet and miserable outside, but things improved when a customer got in touch and I was able to work indoors prepping a couple of lease returns 🚗✨
I’ll be heading back in a couple of days to finish them off, but it was great to get a solid start done in the dry.

Nice to be back doing what I enjoy — onwards and upwards 💪🚙
