⚫ PAYMENT REMINDER ⚫

Firstly, we'd like to thank the vast majority of our customers who pay their invoices on time. Your support means everything to us, and we genuinely appreciate it.
We don't like having to make posts like this, and we don't like being negative, but unfortunately it does need to be said.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, payment is due within 4 days of your completed clean.

We completely understand that people get busy and that the occasional reminder may be needed. However, we have a small number of customers who repeatedly require payment reminders.

Time to Shine is a business, not a hobby. Prompt payments allow us to pay wages, purchase cleaning products, cover insurance and support the day-to-day running of the business.

If payment has to be chased and three payment reminders are issued, we will unfortunately withdraw our cleaning services and will be unable to continue providing future cleans. We believe this is a fair policy and hope it will never need to be enforced.

We kindly ask that invoices are paid within the agreed timeframe to avoid any disruption to your service.

Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who continue to support Time to Shine and pay promptly. We truly appreciate every single one of you. 💙✨
