I’m looking to connect with landlords and letting agents managing properties where tenants have additional physical needs.
We’re seeing a consistent issue — landlords who are willing (and often eager) to make improvements or adaptations, but delays and capacity issues within support services are preventing those changes from happening efficiently.
As a specialist cleaning service, we’re often the first to spot when a property or tenant needs additional support — and we’re there at the end too. In between, the process can be slow, disjointed, and ultimately stressful for the tenant.
That gap is where we believe more can be done.
We’re currently exploring ways to support landlords and agents more proactively — helping identify issues earlier, reduce delays, and contribute to smoother, more tenant-focused outcomes.
