And in the years to follow we will be on hand to help keep your stove running smoothly and efficiently, with regular sweeps and maintenance keeping your stove up to date with all the relevant paperwork!

Aga Wenlock. A robust little stove! Nice to sweep and even nicer to burn in.

It’s been a busy week this week. Inspections, sweeps, decommissioning, blockwork steps (they were a brain teaser) I’d like to say a nice quiet Saturday today but it’s not. Got jobs to go and look at and a van to get organised to go into the garage for a few days. It’s all go at Kenny Sweeps

Flue pipe before and after. Notice the cobwebs on the before. This is why it is always a good idea to have you chimney swept as the burning season starts.

During the summer while you’re stove is sat dormant spiders can and do run free in your chimney. Naturally these spiders like to make webs. These webs often build up and then catch soot when the stove or fire is back in use again. Soot is flammable and this amount of build up not only restricts the dram and overall efficiency of the appliance, but it is a massive fire risk.

Don’t risk becoming another statistic and get booked in with us to have you chimney swept and appliance checked over and get the most out of your fire this burning season
