I would like to introduce myself. My name is Alina, I moved to Ainsworth Village in November 2022 with my family as we had to leave the Ukraine when the war began in February 2022.
In the Ukraine, I have run my own business in fashion retail since 2018, but have sadly had to leave that behind me.
Since arriving in Bury in June 2022, I have attended language and integration courses at Bury Adult Learning Centre, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunities which have been available to me.
I am now delighted to have set up my own business and look forward to getting back into work and enjoying normal family life with my loved ones and the new friends I have made since arriving in Ainsworth.
