This garden has been so fun to reclaim for this lovely customer. It had all become a bit too overwhelming and they were desperate to get their outdoor space back to a place they could enjoy. After removing a lot of ground elder from the overgrown flower bed, I then relay the edging bricks. I lay a thick layer of cardboard and manure on it to try and suppress any ground elder I hadn’t got out. We are now going to work together to fill the rebuilt bed with lots of lovely easy to maintain flowering perennials to make it a haven for wildlife. I have worked hard to cut back undergrowth to allow more light in. An ongoing project!

I had fun clearing a particularly ”wild” area in a customers garden this week! The customer wants to keep this area wild, but it had become too overgrown, so we cleared around the trees which were getting suffocated with bind w**d and brambles, and strimmed and mowed the rest of the area which opened it up completely. We are going to allow areas to grow long - sow different grass seeds and wild flowers for the 🐦 🐝 & 🦋 , but now keep the rest maintained and tidy.

Clearing a stone circle and small pond area that could barely be seen! Soon to be enjoyed again as it should be. Just a little more clearing to go!
