I contacted Marcus for a quote to remove an ink stain on my carpet. He went to great trouble to find out the composition of the carpet and advised that it was unlikely that stain removal would be successful. I really respected his honest appraisal of the situation and welcomed the support that he provided. He will be my go to cleaner when I need one.

Would highly recommend Marcus at Prima Carpet Cleaning. He did a great job of our living room wool carpet and brought new life back into it! We did have a stubborn patch that was slower to dry, and Marcus was back the next day and swiftly sorted this with no hassle. We would definitely use again.

Despite me having to cancel twice last minute, Marcus was very understanding and arranged a last minute slot for me on a weekend. He was extremely thorough in cleaning the plaster dust from our carpets and cleaning the stairs which had become progressively dirty from years of wear and tear.

We would totally recommend Marcus. His work is of the highest standard, thorough, efficient and courteous. The carpets, which we thought only required refreshing, looked so much brighter after his work and and all this at a very reasonable cost
