At the end of the rental cleaning, our cleaning team handles the appliances and cleans hard to reach areas, including the inside of the cabinets. We'll leave your home spotless and sparkling, ensuring you can pass it on to a new tenant intact and undamaged.

Unlike regular cleaning, end of rental cleaning takes place when tenants have moved out of a property. Only the objects and tools that came with the rental remained in the property.

As personal items are removed from the property before cleaning,
our cleaning team can perform high-quality cleaning of areas not covered by regular cleaning. Cleaning the interior cabinets, as well as the oven, the extractor with other appliances and the interior windows.
Cleaning tasks after the rental period are based on the checklist approved by the agency. These may vary slightly from agency to agency. Here is the full list in end-of-pass cleaning:
