✨ Creating Meaningful Moments, One Outing at a Time ✨

At Village Care and Support Humber Limited, we believe that great support is about more than helping people with daily living—it’s about enabling people to enjoy life, stay connected to their community, and continue doing the things they love. 💙

This week, our wonderful Support Worker, Lisa, enjoyed one-to-one social outings with two of our clients. Mrs D spent a lovely afternoon enjoying lunch in a beautiful garden centre café, while Mr J enjoyed a relaxing coffee outing and friendly conversation.

These outings are an important part of the personalised support we provide, helping people maintain independence, build confidence, reduce social isolation, and enjoy meaningful experiences within their local community.

The smiles captured in these photos say it all. Seeing our clients happy, engaged, and enjoying special moments is exactly what person-centred support is all about. 🌟

Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of Village Care & Support Humber Ltd.

Care has always been more than just a profession to me — it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. With over 10 years’ experience working within the NHS, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people through some of the most important and vulnerable moments in their lives. That experience has shaped the values our service is built upon today:
Care, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, Understanding and Respect.

For the past two and a half years, I’ve proudly led Village Care & Support Humber Ltd across Beverley and the surrounding villages, providing high-quality, person-centred support within our local community. My goal has always been to create a service that feels personal, trusted, and family-focused — where clients are treated with the same support and respect we would want for our own loved ones.

What makes us different is the experience and dedication behind our team.

Every member of staff comes from a professional care background, bringing valuable knowledge, empathy, and hands-on experience to the people we support. We are also proud to have highly experienced former emergency responders within our service, offering an additional level of reassurance and expertise.

All of our staff are first aid trained, and client safety remains at the heart of everything we do. With the combined experience across our team, families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are receiving support from capable, caring, and highly experienced professionals.

As a smaller private service, we are able to build genuine relationships with our clients and their families. We take the time to understand individual needs and provide support that is tailored, respectful, and consistent — never rushed or impersonal.

At Village Care & Support Humber Ltd, we believe support should help people feel safe, valued, independent, and supported within the comfort of their own homes.
