😄A Update on Jw Essex window cleaning
Dear Customers,
Many of you will know me as Jamie from JW Essex Window Cleaning. Over the last 10 years, I’ve been proud to build the business almost entirely through word of mouth and customer recommendations, and I’m extremely grateful for the support I’ve received.
Up until now, the services I actively advertised on Facebook and on my van were window cleaning, soffit and fascia cleaning, and gutter clearance. However, many of you will also know that I have always offered additional services such as driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, render cleaning, and roof cleaning — **primarily to existing customers only**.
This was a deliberate decision, as it allowed me to manage workload properly while continuing to provide a reliable, high-quality service to my regular customers.
As the business has grown, demand for these additional services has increased significantly — not just from existing customers, but also through customer referrals and facebook enquiries, Because of this continued demand, i would also like to announce that my son Riley will now be joining the business, together we are taking the next natural step forward.
We will over the next weeks and months rebrand to **Williams Exterior Cleaning Solutions**, and we are offering our full range of exterior cleaning services to everyone, not just existing customers.
At the same time, to ensure these services are carried out to a higher standard, we have invested in additional professional **low-pressure hot water steam cleaning machines**. Previously, driveway and roof cleaning was carried out using cold-water pressure washing systems. The upgraded hot water steam cleaning machines allow us to achieve better longer lasting results while being safer and more effective for surfaces such as roofs, driveways, and also while soft-washing render brick and stone we can now apply steam for those extra stubborn stains, and for any surfaces more suited to cold pressure washing we still have that available where needed. ensuring we cover all our customers needs.
Although our branding and equipment have been updated, our values remain the same — reliable service, honest work, and high standards. Regular window cleaning will continue as normal, alongside our expanded exterior cleaning services.
