Thanks to all the kind donations made in Rob’s name to the Shipwreck Mariners, they were so overwhelmed that although it isn’t something they normally do, Sylvia the lovely lady from the charity took it into her own hands and together with help from Nigel the water bailiff at Maldon, arranged for a plaque in his honour to be placed actually on the mine that he used to donate to in Maldon, with all fees being kindly donated by Maldon council! We as a family are very overwhelmed and grateful to all

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that donated in memory of Rob. The total amount raised for the Shipwrecked Mariners Society was an amazing £2280! The charity were so pleased and the money will go to helping Mariners and their families around the country. We as a family are so touched and appreciative 🙏🏻

Have been busy in the Engine room in between jobs over the last few weeks. Complete refurb of the engine room floor, all floor panels removed and taken back to bare metal, cleaned, re painted and re fitted.

Narrowboat from Heybridge Basin to Smallgains Marina last week, with an overnight stop and refuel at Bradwell Marina for us before picking up the tow.

Salvage job last week. Sunken FV ‘Tove’ at Benfleet. Drained and repairs fitted over several days, until in a seaworthy enough condition, and towed to Smallgains Marina Canvey Island to be hauled out.
