Hey everyone!

Bit of a different post from me.
As some of you know, I was undertaking my PT diploma in the latter part of last year/early this year.
I qualified and I am now up and running as S P Fitness and coaching. I’m based in and around Basingstoke.

I am still very much keeping EHS running along side this.
I do currently have some client spaces for both the remote online coaching and the Personal Training.
