It is with great, and in depth deliberation, that we have come to the following conclusion regards our stand as a business within a third lockdown. As you will all be aware, in March we closed our companies down and put all staff on furlough. This had imense impact on the financial stability of our staff, and left many vulnerable and elderly people and key workers struggling alone.
Lockdown number three presents new challenges and tough choices to make. We have decided that this time we are going to give our staff the option of continuing to work or going back onto furlough. This means that those staff members who feel that they want to continue to work, can. Those clients who rely on us - the eldery, the vulnerable and key workers such as NHS staff and teaches can still use our service if they wish. It goes without saying that our already stringent safety policies will be maintained and monitored more strictly :
face masks worn AT ALL TIMES whether a client is in the property or not.
Gloves worn AT ALL TIMES and disposed of or disinfected in bleach.
Staff and clients NEVER to be in the same room.
Windows open in every room staff are working in..
We trust our staff implicitly and know they will continue to work in a responsible manner to protect themselves and our clients. Once again, a huge thank you to you all for your support, understanding and loyalty during these incredibly difficult and unprecedented circumstances.
