🏘️ A customer reached out and complained they were getting stock damage internally and were finding small black rice size droppings scattered about the stock room.

🌟A further inspection identified these droppings were from mice, and the external wall behind the stock room had proofing issues.

🛠️Proofing was swiftly carried out to the wall and a treatment plan put in place to control current infestation.

🏡🐀 Rats are prolific this time of year, seeking shelter in house cavities such as walls, loft spaces and foundations.

The most recent customer had reported hearing noises in the walls and loft areas, reporting previous rodent activity in the loft.

A full inspection of the loft area was carried out and rat droppings were found confirming their suspicions.

A rat riddance treatment plan was put in place to get search for the ingress point and get rid of the current activity.

🐀🚪Customer had reported rat activity in their commercial warehouse and needed help controlling the activity and finding the ingress point.

A fire exit door’s base was found to be compromised and a gap big enough for rats to gain access was found.
A treatment plan was carried out to eradicate current rat activity and proofing work carried out to the door to deny further ingress.

🏠🐀 Customer had reported hearing noises in the loft, upon inspection fresh rat droppings were found.

With no clear ingress points around the house further inspection was carried out to the foundations of the house, leading to findings suggesting there was a drainage problem allowing access to the cavity walls. 🐀

A treatment plan was put in place as well as recommending a drainage survey to get on top of the problem once and for all. 📝

🔍An inspection around the building lead to us finding a clear ingress point through open brickwork.

A rat burrow was also found in front of it confirming evidence of rat activity.

A treatment plan was put in place with followup visits to be carried out leaving the customer happy. 🌟

🐀🏡 Customer had reported droppings found in the loft area of a residential property. We swiftly attended to carry out a loft inspection and put together a treatment plan moving forward.

Previous mouse and rat activity was determined and a treatment plan put in place. Rats were found to be gaining entry from the side garage due to proofing issues. 3 visits were carried out to gain control of the activity inside the house and no further issues were found.

Customer was left satisfied and could rest easy knowing the problem has been taken care of.

🌟🐀 Customer has reported hearing noises emanating from within the wall and floor cavities. Upon further inspection, we discovered an entry point in the building's structure and evidence of rat droppings in the loft area.
