We are looking for someone to join our team that is enthusiastic about work, trustworthy and has a good work ethnic and a eye to detail.
Cleaning experience preferably but training can be given to the right candidate.

🧼 T&C’s 🧼

Here at Tania’s be cleaned I feel it’s time to put in place our terms and conditions as with how my buisness and the economy is changing.

We operate on a 2 hour minimum cleaning visit.
Our service charge is based on a yearly review, it’s adjusted with inflation and minimum wage increases.

If the client cancels 48 hrs before clean is due to take place then you will be liable to pay 50% of the cleaning fee. If the client cancels 24 hrs before clean is due to take place then you will be charged 100% as it’s too short notice to be able to fulfil the place.

If you are unhappy with anything about the clean that The team have carried out, you must inform us within 24 hours so we are able to rectify this. Anything reported days/ weeks later is unresolvable.

If the Client fails to provide access to the property this preventing the team to carry out the clean they will be liable for full payment.

Any late payments will incur a late fee.

The team are unable to move furniture over 25kg due to health and safety regulations.

The property must have free, accessible parking. Any parking fees must be paid by the client if not.

Please make us aware of any broken items in your home eg cupboards, taps etc or anything that could potentially break or fall on us whilst cleaning. As we will not be held responsible for this and breaches our safety regulations.

If you wish to terminate the cleaning service a minimum of a weeks notice is required.

While the team make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed.

The client allows us to take photos for the social media account and also as part of training new staff members, showing them what I expect the outcome to be. These photos will NOT be personal to you and will remain anonymous. Unless stated otherwise!
