New driveway installed in my local area forehill For a great family 😄

We started this job at the start of the year to erect fences and make garden usable by digging out and preparing the ground for the kids to use through the summer and back to put the finish on it over the last couple of weeks 🤩

Full driveway excavated and approx 40-50 Removed ✔️

40 tonne of type 1 road stone added ✔️

New fences erected at side and back ✔️

Steps made safe at back ✔️

Kerbs fitted around new extension to allow vents to breathe and to comply with Local building regulations ✔️

New wall built to retain existing front garden ✔️

Full driveway installed with Tobermore Shannon in bracken with contrasting charcoal edging border ✔️

All done to the highest of standards as always ✔️

Recent project = a stunning transformation ✔️

Marshall’s porcelain arrento paving ✔️

New step formed to meet local authorities regulations ✔️

New base for existing garage ✔️

Repairs to existing garage to save the customer✔️

We worked on this project for a local builder and carried out all roofing and roughcasting works…
It’s always nice to be asked back by the client to start putting a finish on the garden ✔️

This is only the first stage driveway to come in a new Marshall’s product 👀

Job we completed last year- we were asked to come and rectify a job started by others-customer wasn’t happy with the workmanship and asked us to redo it all from scratch 😄

It wasn’t in good shape when we arrived!

Everything excavated back to a blank canvas✔️

New sandstone paths fitted✔️

Steps redone ✔️

Edging border fitted around grass as a mowing strip ✔️

Grade A grass supplied and fitted ✔️

Sleeper planters fitted✔️

Tonnes and tonnes of Soil- aggregate removed ✔️

This was a awkward job for access but we always get it done with no hassle to our customer ✔️

That’s what we are all about customer satisfaction 😄

It’s been a while busy busy times!

Job completed last week for superb customers from start to finish!

We created a lovely area for sitting out on the lower area of the garden (sun trap)! Steps reformed and shaped for safer access to house and to lower garden!

All pathways and patios were done with modak sandstone slabs complete with defining edging border

All work carried out to the highest of standard and we always have delighted customers at the end 👌

Onto more and plenty of finished projects to be posted
