Morning Roxy, I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you to you and the team for your first clean. I realise that it's a privilege to be able to get help with cleaning my home and I am humbled by the fact that people are prepared to do this. It really does help me out and makes it easier for me to do things such as visit my elderly mother. I was impressed with the standard of the clean when I got home last night. In particular I was knocked out by the result you managed to achieve with the shower tray (what's your secret?)

I'll be recommending your company to my next door neighbour as she was also using the lady who previously cleaned my house so she may be interested in using you too.

I am compelled to write to you this morning and thank you for the Clean your team carried out yesterday.
They arrived at the time you said they would, and considering the distance and the traffic problems along the way that was miraculous in itself.
The three team members were a credit to Your company smart, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
As we had other commitments yesterday we had to leave them to get on with their work, returning once they were about to finish.
The property was transformed from one definitely in need of a good professional clean, to a sparkling home, the owner would be delighted.
Please say a huge thank you to the Team from us, you are extremely fortunate to have such good workers.
We would not hesitate to recommend you and your team thank you once again.

Okay thanks Roxy…the new cleaner is clearly doing an amazing job and the smells of the cleaning products are great.

Next time you or the cleaners are over why not deliver some business cards or flyers around the estate as I will happily be a recommendation for you?
