Terms & Conditions – Illness & Cancellations Policy
To ensure the safety of both our clients and our team, we ask all customers to carefully review and adhere to the following terms regarding illness and cancellations:
1. Illness Disclosure Requirement�Clients must inform us in advance if any member of the household is currently unwell or has experienced any illness, sickness bug, or virus within the last 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
2. Right to Refuse or Reschedule�If illness has been reported, it is at our sole discretion to decide whether to proceed with, postpone, or cancel the appointment. This decision is made to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and other clients and our families.
3. Failure to Disclose Illness�If we arrive at the property and discovers that a household member is unwell or has recently had a contagious illness that was not disclosed prior to the visit, the full service fee will still be charged, and the appointment may be refused or terminated immediately.
4. Cancellations & Notice�We require adequate notice of 48hrs for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibility to provide accurate and honest information regarding household health prior to our visit.

We just want to gently remind all of our clients how important it is to let us know if anyone in your household has been unwell within the last 14 days.

We completely understand that these things happen, but open communication is so important for everyone’s safety. Recently, we attended a clean where norovirus was present in the home, but unfortunately we weren’t informed until after the job was completed. Since then, I have become unwell myself, along with other clients, family members, and even my mum has been hospitalised because of it.

Situations like this have a huge knock-on effect — not just on us, but on our families, other clients, and the running of our business. It can lead to cancelled appointments, risk to vulnerable people, and serious health consequences.

We kindly ask that you please let us know in advance if there has been any illness in your home. We can always rearrange your appointment — your honesty helps us protect everyone involved.
