Central Vacuum (CVS) - Is a must have for any home, it can be installed in any property. The Motor units can be up to 5 times the power of a conventional hoover. In the kitchen there is an added bonus of a vac pan, with this you can sweep all your kitchen debris to the vac pan and with the flick of a switch its gone. Laundry Chutes System LCS- effortle

ss way to get your laundry done, no more walking up and down the stairs with baskets of washing, giving you more time to do the things you enjoy doing. Our laundry chutes can be installed into almost any property. The systems are made from a very high quality laser welded stainless steel. Heat Recovery MVHR- We can offer a full house ventilation system or a single room ventilation system. The systems extract the stale damp air from your property and replace it with warm fresh air by using a heat exchanger. MVHR can considerably reduce your heating bills (40% plus) by using the exhausted stale air to heat the new fresh air. from the year 2016 all new properties will have a MVHR system installed by a BPEC qualified installer.
