It’s with a heavy heart that I have to announce the closure of bin wizard, as many of you know I have suffered with my wrists for a while and continued to work through it but I can no longer continue to do so as the pain lifting the bins is causing more damage and a lot more pain I now need to have surgery on both of my wrists which is a 6 month recovery for each one

I want to thank everyone who has supported me over the last year and half I have thoroughly enjoyed having our weekly/fortnightly chats and meeting each and everyone of you it truly has been such an incredible experience and I’ll be sad to see it go who knows once the ops are done I may be able to makes a come back but I can’t have everyone myself included in limbo for 12+ months so for now this is what we need to do for the best

I will be going through all the customers over the coming weeks to see who is in credit and then I'll be in contact to sort a refund out for you.

Right Monday everything will be resuming as normal back to cleaning as normal, unfortunately I've had a lot of hospital appointments that seem to fall on Mondays and Tuesdays, so not been around much however I've finally managed to change to Friday appointments with the hospital which means I can now get back to work properly 🎉

Unfortunately in the near future I've got to have an operation on my hands, not 100% sure when but I will keep you updated when I will be taking time off to have the operation and how long I will be off for.

I do apologise that I've not been very reliable as of late.

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it out today due to my wrists being in agony as I can't lift the bins into the back of my van to clean them, I'm going to be wearing my splints all day and hopefully I can get back out tomorrow.

my wrists currently dislocate themselfs all the time so I have to wear splints 24/7 but can't wear them when driving and after being prodded and poked in them on Friday at hospital it's agrivated them and I can't even pick my baby boy up so I've got no chance of picking the bins up, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I do apologise that I've missed quite a few days over the summer holidays, unfortunately I've had to have work done in my house so had to wait in for workmen, it's also been 2 of my kids birthdays which I will always take the day off due to us taking them out for the day and then my wife took me away for my birthday, so due to this it's been a very hectic summer holidays but the kids are back in school this Monday coming so everything will be back to normal. I do appreciate everyone's understanding and patience it means the world to me and my family now back to routine 💪🏻

Unfortunately I'm having to stop fortnightly bookings, I'll only be able to book in monthly cleans from now on due to how busy I am and the amount of booking taking place, I apologise for any inconvenience.

Everyone who is on fortnightly will stay on fortnightly unless they change to monthly.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to do Bradley and brailsford today due to them not being emptied in time and I wasn't able to call back as its my wife's birthday today and we are off out to celebrate, next week won't be as hectic so I'll be able to reach everyone even if it means me waiting around till the bin men turn up

Back cleaning bins again now the van is all fixed and tidied up, very busy week this week

Wednesday: wirksworth
Thursday: matlock

Unfortunately my van is taking a little longer in the garage than it was supposed to, due to this I will be canceling my round for next week too, I'll be back to it on the 4th of August to get them bins gleaming again, I apologise for any inconvenience.
