Its Fallow season and nows the time to fill your freezer.

Primal cuts offered but you can choose to have whole legs, or steaks, then anything left over will be a mixture of diced and minced.

Rolled leg joints £5 each extra
(Rolled shoulder joints coming soon)

From £110 - all meat vacuum packed for freshness.

You can either take the bones/scraps if you raw feed your dogs or these will be gifted to local raw dog feeders.

Yesterday I offered a 1:1 whole venison session. A friend wanted to learn how to de-jacket, process and pack their own deer from start to finish. She did really well to break down this 23kg fallow. We ended up with :
6 x steaks
2 x ribs
2 x back straps
2 x fillets
2 x shanks
2 x shoulder joints
1 x rolled leg joint
1 x neck stew joint
2 x large packs mince
1 x pack diced

If you'd be interested in butchering your own deer (please note I am not a qualified butcher but self taught and still learning each time) then please get in contact

All items processed and vacuum packed to take away same day. From start to finish roughly 2-3 hours depending on speed.

Food hygiene approved business and all deer are tagged by a trained hunter.

£160 per person (whole deer included) - Upchurch, Kent.

A great first cull of the season on the super inflated deer numbers on our ground in Sussex. Thanks to all the guys 💥 involved we ended with 32 fallow entering the local food chain. Here’s to next month. 🤞🏻 it’s as successful.

We have places available on our fallow cull weekends. We have one a month throughout the Fallow Doe season.
Our first weekend is November 8th and 9th. We shoot an evening session Saturday and a morning session Sunday. All from highseats. If you have an open FAC and insurance and are interested in joining us on these dates or one of our later weekend, then get in touch for more info.
Based in West Sussex. All wild deer.
£230 a weekend.
