We are seeking a motivated and reliable window cleaning operative to join our friendly team in Andover. Our work is varied and includes a range of residential and commercial properties across Andover, Basingstoke, Newbury and Surrey.

Responsibilities:
•Cleaning windows, frames and sills on a variety of properties
•Cleaning UPVC fascias & soffits
•Emptying gutters using a gutter vacuum system and taking before and after photos
Conservatory Cleaning
•Ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism
•Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• You must be physically fit
•Well presented with excellent people skills
• Possess a professional "can do" attitude
• Comfortable working at height and using ladders
• Previous window cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided

What we offer:

• A friendly and supportive team environment .
•Comprehensive training and support
•A competitive starting rate of £10.42 per hour while training, with the opportunity to earn £12 per hour upon progression
• 40 Hour working week
• Full support and guidance for those new to self-emploment

WFP or Traditional.

Arbees believe there’s a place for both these days. That’s why we offer our customers the option.

WFP is great for hard to reach windows or smaller paned windows like this.
Traditional will always have a place in my heart as that’s the method I was brought up on.

Overall both are great for leaving a perfect finish 👌🏼
