If you want a reliable professional service see Aeron Riverside laundry on Aberaeron craft centre, (use to be pengarreg laundry)💥 under new owners so is now an amazing service.💥

The lovely June of daffodil laundry (find her on facebook) also offers a collection and drop off service to Aeron Riverside laundry. So couldn't be easier for you.

She also does repairs and service washes at amazing prices.

I want to make very clear that this 👇 is nothing to do with us in any way shape or form. It is not our service, do not associate it with us, we do not recommend it, quite the opposite.

So, apparently we can't park outside our own premises to unload now if we are in the car not the van!

Explained to the traffic warden this morning that the van was in for MOT so had to use the car to bring in duvets and linen that needs to be washed.

His reply.... I don't care, there is nothing in the vehicle so I've ticketed you.

There was nothing in there because he had just taken the last load through.

20 mins at most he was parked out side!

We feel like Aberystwyth council and wardens do everything in their power to make life difficult for businesses.

To be honest we are close to closing, we just don't need the stress of it all,

The towns a mess, the council don't care, and the traffic wardens (male one anyway) seem to think it's OK to ticket us for unloading outside our business.

This year for me is all about, re structuring my business to run smoother and be less stressful for me and my family, if that means closing one down I will do.

We seem to have lots of lovely big curtains coming in for dry cleaning.

This is because curtains have to be dry cleaned using our system not the wet dry cleaning system.

Why?

The wet dry cleaning system shrinks the lining and ruins any pleating that's supported with inserts simply because they are not designed to be in water.

You can drop your curtains off either at Swansons Dry cleaning and Laundry (mon,tues,wed or sat)

or

at 50 shades of clean, Aberaeron craft centre (Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs,fri)

(We can't dry clean curtains with a Black out lining)

All curtains will be discounted until 4th Feb 2023

I had an accident with one of my horses resulting in a visit to A&E so unfortunately I've been on pain killers trying to rest up a bit.
