A number of fittings on this pool pump / filter system are flexible PVC fittings that would be used under the kitchen sink or on a shower.
Pool fittings are rigid PVC and can work under a lot more pressure and less chance of splitting or bursting.
Fittings are now changed for the more suitable rigid PVC fittings…

Complete new system installed, replacing a system that was faulty and unreliable.
New filter, Salt water chlorinator system and a new heater fitted.

Why anybody would like their pool ready to use when the water temperature is only at 13°.🤷‍♂️

Cold water swimming I was told…. As I say “crazy” 🤪🥶

First pool up and running, nice and clean and ready to freeze in, I mean swim in!!! 😂
