Customer Service Manager needed
Ibiza Villas 2000 is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our team full time from April 2022. Some of the traits we expect from potential candidates for the position are:
The ability to work under pressure in a calm and thoughtful manner
At the bare minimum a basic understanding and ability to speak Spanish
Excellent organisational and communication skills, as you will be dealing with guests, team-mates, and villa owners
Ability to provide stellar customer service and maintain a friendly outward demeanour.
-Good problem-solving skills
-Computer literate.
-Reliable, dependable team player
-Someone who understands that due to the nature of the tourist season this is not a 9-5 job, and accepting that you will be working unsociable hours
-This role is integral to our business, and the standard that we expect our employees to provide must be in line with that which we have provided to our customers for 20 years this year. It is also a big plus if you are business-minded and motivated to setup, activate and spearhead new projects within the business, all of which carry financial incentives.
