Thank you for the many responses to our letter to Florida property owners. We appreciate the time you have taken to share your experiences.
We’re sharing our letter here so more owners can respond. We are still grateful for every reply.
May I ask you about your experience as a Florida property owner?
My name is Sven Beyrich. My wife Jana and I are currently preparing our move to Florida while establishing our business there, BEYRICH CONSTRUCTION GROUP LLC.
My background is in the building trades. For over 20 years, I ran my own construction, renovation and maintenance business in Germany. During that time, I had the pleasure of working with many satisfied customers. I learned that lasting success is built above all on good work, reliability and trust.
Many of my customers entrusted their homes to me for years. That trust always mattered more to me than any individual job. I want to maintain that same principle as we build our business in Florida.
That is why I want to consciously avoid one mistake: I do not want to decide what property owners in Florida supposedly need. I want to ask you directly.
Do you own a property in Florida? I would be very interested to hear: What works well, and what could be better?
Who looks after your property when you are not there? How well do repairs and arrangements with tradespeople work? What happens if someone needs to check on things at short notice after a storm or hurricane? How satisfied are you with local communication, reliability and organization?
Your experience helps us more than any market study.
Perhaps all of this already works extremely well for you. If so, I would like to hear about that too. But perhaps there are things that have made you wonder: “Why can’t this be simpler?” Or a problem we have not yet considered at all.
I am not trying to sell you anything with this letter or persuade you to leave an existing service provider. I am simply interested in three things:
1. What is your biggest challenge with your Florida property when you are not there yourself?
2. What are you already very happy with, and what could work better?
3. Is there a service or support you would like but have not found, or have not found at the quality you expect?
A few honest sentences are all we need. Your experiences help us build our Florida business around property owners’ actual needs rather than our own assumptions.
Here are some simple ways to reply:
Email: Write to [email protected] — a few bullet points are perfectly fine.
Facebook: Leave a comment or send a message to our business page.
Personal callback: Email your phone number and preferred time, and I will call you personally.
Thank you for your time. I would be very grateful to hear your opinion.
Warm regards from Germany,
Sven Beyrich
