• Cleaning of kitchen including inside cupboards, fridge, freezer and oven.
• Cleaning of all surfaces and doors
• Cleaning of bathrooms
• Vacuum and mop all inside floors
• Clean all windows and window tracks, and storm shutters as required.
• Sweep and mop
all balcony/veranda floors and dust down railings
• Clean down all patio furniture
Pre-Arrival Service is included in the above for your property and consists of these extras:
• Switching on of water and electricity at mains and within your property
• Switching on your fridge and freezer
• A welcome pack will be provided if required at a small cost based on your instructions.
• Placement of balcony furniture, garden furniture etc.
• Check all lighting bulbs, appliances, water pumps etc. in working order and notify any problems to you. Also ensure supply of Dishwasher and Washing machine consumables as required.
• Meet any family guest to show them where everything is and give a tour of the property for a small fee. We are happy for them to contact us if they need help guidance. A Post Departure Service is included in the above for properties and consists of these extras:
• All doors and windows made secure
• Ensure water pump is off and all drains are clear and any rubbish is removed from the property
• An oven clean can be offered at €60.00 if it requires full clean from time to time..
• A vacated clean of the property. Removal of foodstuffs etc.
• Appliances off as required and water pump deactivated to avoid flooding of property. The costs for the above services are as follows:
1 bedroom apartment - €55 per clean inc. linen changeover and laundry
2 bedroom apartment - €65 per clean inc. linen changeover and laundry
3 bedroom apartment - €75 per clean inc. linen changeover and laundry
If extra bed linen and towels are used then there will be an additional €15 charge for the extra laundry

Whilst your property is vacant.
• We will check property fortnightly
• Collect post and forward as required. If you require bill payment by us we can arrange for a small one off fee if we attend offices to pay to cover costs.
• We will monitor pool services and water levels of the pool and report any non compliance by contractors’ directly to you.
• We will monitor garden contractors and report any non compliance directly to you.
• Check the property is secured at all times on our visits.
• Do a visual check inside and out reporting any issues that may arise and in consultation with you agree repairs/maintenance as required.
• Ensure outside drains are clear during rainy season November to April, note it rains very heavily here so most of it is deposited in short period of time with lengthy dry periods afterwards!
• Clean windows and storm shutters as required.
• Vacuum, clean and dust the property,
• Check for pest and infestation if it arises with small charge for consumables or if a specialist treatment is needed we will advise.
• If you leave a vehicle we will ensure the battery is removed and placed on maintenance charge and turn engine once a month
• Check linen and clothes cupboards have full pest control with up to date sachets every six months.
• Ensure taps and toilets showers are run and sanitised at all times.
• Check air con is functional and in the winter heating is also working.
• Pull out appliances periodically and clean behind as required.

• Attend if you have contractors on the property for a small fee based on attendance hours and travel.
• It is our intention to offer peace of mind and we are available to be contact at any time please remember 2 hours ahead time difference in Cyprus. We have a message facility on the office phone you can use if you fail to contact us directly. Our cost for vacant property package is €60 per month for the full service with any extra costs as highlighted. We will treat the property as our own and our business aim is to look after a small number of properties in a very professional manner so the number we will do are limited to ensure this aim is achieved.
