ADVISEABLE if property is going to be vacant for a while at end of a letting, we can offer an end of let check to include inventory/any damage, check all bins/rubbish is disposed of, no food left in fridges and to strip beds €25
(Obviously this will not be needed if having a full clean within a few days as this will be inc in the full clean)
