I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the community!

My name is Khoren, and I’m proud to call Montreal home. I’ve been in Canada for the past 9 years and have truly come to appreciate the community and opportunities here.

This year marks my third consecutive season operating my home maintenance business, and each year we’ve continued to grow while helping more homeowners keep their properties clean, safe, and looking their best.

Over the past few months, I’ve been:

• Refining our estimating, safety, and customer service systems
• Building and training a strong team of local students
• Preparing to deliver efficient, high-quality results this season

Our services include:

🍂 Gutter cleaning
🧱 Polymeric sand installation & exterior maintenance

My goals this year are to:

🏡 Help local homeowners maintain and improve their properties

Positions available: WINDOW CLEANER & CREW CHIEF
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning windows, gutters and siding
- Carry materials and equipment to job sites
- Management of customers (For team leaders)
Required criteria:
- 40hrs/week (May to August)
- access to a car
- team work
- Be available 5 days/week
- Good physical condition and able to work with heights
Benefits:
- $14-18 per hour + tips
- Opportunity to participate in company events
- Develop communication, marketing, and sales skills
- Work in the sun all summer!
- Deal with a variety of projects and challenges
Duration of the contract: All summer (May to August)

I am looking for motivated individuals to join my marketing team in Beaconsfield, Montreal! This is a great opportunity to improve your communication, sales, and marketing skills in a fun and relaxed environment!

The job consists of door to door marketing in Beaconsfield neighbourhoods in order to obtain leads or book estimates.
Further details:
-15$/H minimum, plus bonus per lead/estimate booked (opportunity of making 30+$/h)
-At least 3 nights per week, 3h per night. (5-8pm)
- Fluent in english, french not needed
-Car is preferred, but not mandatory

You are invited to bring a friend who might be interested in the job to work with you and make some good money! I am also looking for 1 sales rep, she/he must have a car and be dedicated and willing to learn a lot. Sales rep need to ba available weekends and they are commission paid, so you have the opportunity to make a lot more money!

I am super excited to announce that my teams and I will be shifting our services to the city of Beaconsfield!! After a very successful summer in the south shore, we will now mainly focus our business in the beautiful West Island of Montreal.

Do not worry, another of my fellow co-operators will take over the south shore and continue to offer our extensive services.

If you live in Beaconsfield and wish get your windows cleaned, your gutters declogged, or even your deck scrubbed, send us a message for an early estimate! We will officially begin sales in January and the available dates for early production fill up quick. As we like to say, "the early bird gets the worm!"

We will be posting some of the reviews on the work we did last year soon!

L'extérieur des gouttières est souvent négligé!!
L'accumulation de saleté cause des tâches noires impossible a nettoyé. La seule option a ce moment c'est les peinturé, un projet assez chère 💰💰💰
