My regular one-time cleaning rate is $50/hour, but I’m offering this spot for $45/hour — no GST! 🎉

I provide the cleaning products unless you have specific sensitivities to certain chemicals or products. For the cleaning itself, you’ll just need to provide a vacuum, mop, sponges, paper towel, and cleaning cloths.
