Things I didn’t know about going into parenthood: daylight savings time changes seriously F you up. Why do I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus?
And why does it hurt my brain to try to figure out whether we get an extra hour or lose an hour when the clock goes forward or back?
I really thought about adjusting bedtime last week to help account for the change, but I just couldn’t get it together. So, as was warned, Ella was up an hour early this morning, ready to start her day 😑🥱 we pushed bedtime back 20 minutes tonight, so I guess we’ll just have to keep pushing a bit later for this week and hope for normal schedules next weekend!
Anyone else do no bedtime adjustment like us? Success stories welcomed. 🙏🏻
