Scrubbabubba offers multiple level custom residential, commercial and post renovation cleaning. Our highly trained cleaning crews work to your specific needs. We will create a web site to order specific services for your Brokerage and Agents.
Scrubbabubba will create a custom scheduling link to be used only by your brokerage. This is the first step to customizing our work for you.
Together we will create and price services that link to your main brokerage calendar and individual agent calendars.
These custom links will contain information on each appointment with times, map location, type of service, pricing, email and text reminders.
Brokerage and Agents will have 24 hour access to schedule, reschedule, update or cancel services. All appointments need to be confirmed by Scrubbabubba LTD
Our work is guaranteed. Scrubbabubba will return to complete any detail that may be unfortunately missed.
Each clean will provide:
Bathrooms: Showers and Tubs wiped, Toilet inside and outside, Sink, Cabinets, Mirrors, Fixtures, Tiles, Chrome shined, Floors moped and/or steam cleaned
Kitchen: Inside Stove, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Cabinets, Drawers, Backsplash, Sink
All Bedrooms
Flooring: All Vacuumed, Moped, Steam Cleaned, Swept
General items included: Furniture dusted, Baseboards, Fixtures within reach wiped, garbage removed, Wall and ceiling vents
Laundry area: Inside dryer lint removed
Not included: Outside windows, Inside HVAC vents, Outside deck, Balcony glass
Additional custom options are always available and can be built:
Outside balcony windows
Inside fridge/Freezer
Removal of personal items in cabinets, wipe down cabinets and return items
