Maryam brings a background in Biomedical Science and healthcare, along with a passion for helping and connecting with people.

Outside of work, Maryam loves spending time in nature and staying active, with beach volleyball being her favourite sport to play.

We are excited to welcome Chantal Gray, RPN, who has joined CareHop on September 8 as our Community Nurse Manager.

Chantal brings more than 14 years of nursing experience, with extensive expertise in dementia care, behavioural support, staff coaching and family education. She has spent the past 11 years with Mackenzie Health’s Behaviour Support Mobile Team, working closely with clients, families, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams. Chantal is also a long-time Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Coach.

In her new role, Chantal will lead CareHop’s privately funded home care business, supporting the continued growth of our home care services and new initiatives, including our In-home Recovery Program, designed to provide additional support to help clients recover at home after hospitalization.
