Good morning.

Just wanted to make a post this morning about our work and how things are going.

Firstly thank you to everyone who has hired me and my crew to work on your house and light up your property.

Secondly would like to say that the weather sucks.
Rain and ladder work is not for the faint of heart.

We will NOT work in the pouring rain, we have tried and it ends up always being a rough day in terms of our schedule, staff morale and safety.

I am a landscaper, not a roofer.
Unless your roof is walkable, or able to be done by ladder we will not do the job. My insurance has strict guidelines and procedures on how I am able to do roofs for Christmas lights/gutter cleaning

Rain, icy, snow or bad roof we won’t go up.

Now for the last few days my staff and myself have endured some very rude customers & crazy expectations in terms of the rain and scope of work.

This will not be tolerated.

We have the right to refuse service and we will when safety is on the line.

Now for some more bad news.

I’m losing my grandfather as we speak, he was sent to hospital late last night. He has been battling bad pneumonia for the last few weeks. I am his Power of Attorney so as you can imagine my stress, anxiety is at a critical high right now.

We are trying to get to everyone in a timely matter but some are not liking this.

So if you cannot reschedule with me or want to hire someone else, please go ahead but without the ridicule or putting me down because I couldn’t come finish your house I am under a lot of pressure to at work and at home and I feel I should share this with everyone so they can understand my situation and understand why I would need to reschedule or have you find someone else.
