Due to high demand this month, we are opening up ONE extra day for a move out clean or a pre listing/pre photo clean.

Available date: MONDAY APRIL 27th

Realtors, if you have a client needing a move out clean on that day, have them reach out to use ASAP to get the spot. This will be on a first come first serve basis. All other dates in April are FULL, so we are now booking into May.

As our business and our reputation grows, our spots are booking faster and faster. I’ve already had to turn away two people this week who realized the move out clean was far too big a job for them to complete, and needed to book us for this weekend. So if you have a move coming in May, contact us ASAP before we are fully booked!

Why does attention to detail matter on a Move Out Clean? Even in the cleanest of homes, small things can get overlooked.
At first glance, this bathroom looks clean, but looking closely there are a few small things that have been overlooked.

Attention to detail is what transforms a basic move-out clean into a truly professional one. When you’re leaving a home, every corner, surface, and often-overlooked spots becomes part of the final impression you leave behind. Small things, like dust on baseboards, fingerprints on switches, grime behind appliances, or missed spots inside cabinets, can quickly add up and make the space feel neglected rather than cared for.
Taking the time to notice and address these details shows respect for the property, and sets the next occupants up for a fresh start. It’s not just about cleaning what’s obvious; it’s about restoring the home to its best condition. In a move-out clean, details aren’t just important, they’re everything.

Let’s clean a bedroom!
35 minutes in 24 seconds!

🧽 First up, we use our long wall duster to get any cobwebs from the corners
🧽 Next we vacuum the baseboards, and give the floors a first vacuum. This stops any dust getting kicked up as we walk around the room.
🧽 If the window tracks are dirty, they get sprayed down with a diluted and that gets left to sit for a while.
🧽 Next, doors, walls, and baseboards get washed. Here we are using hot water and original Mr Clean. The walls in this condo were freshly painted, so other than a couple of spots, they did not require a top to bottom wash.
🧽 The inside of any closets gets cleaned, including the walls, baseboards and shelves.
🧽 Windows are up next! They get washed in a blue dawn dish soap and hot water solution, then any left over marks are polished out. All the tracks and sills are cleaned as well.
🧽 All sockets and switches are cleaned.
🧽 Then we would do a final vacuum, but this home owner has carpet cleaners coming after us, so we didn’t do this step today.

✨ After the entire unit is cleaned, the final step is sanitize all the light switches and door handles.

This was an incredibly clean condo, so this bedroom only took 35 minutes. But, having the correct tools and cleaning products for the job make us as efficient as possible.
