• Industrial cleaning for offices and buildings
• Laundry services through a contract job at a laundromat
• Residential deep cleans, maintenance cleans, organizing, and home resets

Because of this, I’m comfortable with both regular upkeep and more detailed cleans that need extra time, care, and attention.

Maintenance Cleans: $30/hour
For weekly, bi-weekly, or regular upkeep.
3-hour minimum.

Deep Cleans / First-Time Cleans: $40/hour
For bigger resets, build-up, detailed cleaning, or homes that need extra attention.

Move-Out / Turnover Cleans: $40/hour
Pricing depends on size, condition, and what needs to be done.

Brights Grove / Out-of-Town Cleans: $40/hour
Due to travel time.

Deep Clean Add-On: $50–$100+
May apply for larger homes, heavier cleans, neglected areas, or jobs that require extra detail.
