To Our RiverWalk Coin Wash Customers,
Today was one of the most disappointing days we’ve experienced since opening RiverWalk Coin Wash.
We arrived to find our laundromat completely trashed. Garbage was purposely scattered throughout the facility, machines had been severely overloaded, and equipment was damaged to the point that police had to be called. This was all captured on camera.
What should have been a normal day serving our customers instead became a evening spent cleaning up, documenting the damage, and dealing with the aftermath.
This is heartbreaking.
We invested in this laundromat to provide a clean, safe, and reliable place for our community to do their laundry. The vast majority of our customers are respectful, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support. Unfortunately, it only takes a few people to cause damage and create an unpleasant environment for everyone else.
Please remember:
• Do not overload the machines. This causes costly repairs.
• Dispose of your garbage properly. Not all over the floor
• Report any machine issues instead of forcing them to operate. Phone number on machines
• Treat this laundromat with the same respect you would your own home.
Our facility is protected by 24-hour video surveillance. Incidents involving vandalism, intentional misuse of equipment, or other criminal behaviour will be documented and reported to the police. Where appropriate, we will also seek reimbursement for the cost of repairs and cleanup.
We never imagined we would have to make a post like this, but the events of today cannot be ignored. If this behaviour continues, we will have to seriously evaluate whether we can continue operating this location.
To everyone who respects our business and helps us keep RiverWalk Coin Wash a welcoming place—thank you. Your support means everything to us.
